  • Debbie Key is the Chief Learning Officer and Founder of SuccessBOX, a consultancy dedicated to helping businesses succeed with customised learning and development solutions. With over 25 years of industry experience and a double Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Management, Debbie is a recognised leader in the field. Her expertise spans diverse industries, and she’s known for her award-winning approach to creating pragmatic, technology-driven solutions that improve organisational outcomes.

    Debbie believes that every business is unique, and her personalised approach reflects this. She works closely with clients, offering collaborative guidance through innovative learning experiences, from AI-powered workshops to tailored leadership programs.   • Luke Taleon is the driving force behind the seamless execution of projects at The Manager Effect. With a background in Financial Management and three years of instructional design experience, Luke combines strategic thinking with creativity to develop learning solutions that engage and inspire. As both Project Coordinator and Instructional Designer, he works closely with Debbie Key and Kathleen Bosworth to bring their innovative programs to life.

  • Kathleen Bosworth, founder of Workplan, is a visionary leader focused on enhancing organisational performance through technology-driven solutions. With a wealth of experience across industries and an impressive track record of delivering large-scale learning and capability programs, Kathleen’s expertise lies in aligning strategic objectives with capability frameworks and learning outcomes.
